What A Party!

There are reasons why I always carry my camera with me to work. While my phone-cam definitely works in a pinch, there are times when I want to shoot something at a higher resolution than my phone is capable of. It is a phone after all.

Yesterday while walking to the train I happened upon a site that I believed was worthy of such quality. See what you think (click to embiggen):

An empty bottle of Beefeater gin, A1 Steak Sauce, and a few cigarette butts.

That must have been one hell of a party.

    Well, A1 Steak Sauce is applied to beef when eaten, right? So it’s only natural for Beefeater to be found next to the A1.

    I can’t explain the cigarette.

    I get the whole Beefeater/A1 connection which is what made this funny to me in the first place.

    But I couldn’t imagine being so desperate for a drink that someone would resort to steak sauce. What a wino they must be.

    “Hey Fred, got any more gin?”

    “No, Al…but I do have some A1.”

    “Close enough. Cheers!”

    All this talk of steak sauce is making me hungry. Anybody know where I can find a restaurant that serves holographic meatloaf?

    Holographic meatloaf is best served with holographic A1.

    Be sure to ask for it.
