The 700 Club

Well, folks, with the posting of this entry, I have officially written 700 blog posts since 2004. I figure in another 63 posts I will have passed Barry Bonds, and without the use of HGH or BALCO. Go me!

Anyway, there is a point to this post. As if I needed yet another blog to work on, I decided that I would go ahead and do just that but unlike my existing blogs, this one is focused strictly on my favorite photos.

There are few reasons I’m doing this. First, with times being what they are and unemployment starting to take its toll (and the possibility of my checks being denied this week), I needed something to keep me happy amidst the turmoil. This new blog will do just that.

Second, no matter where I go, I easily take at least 100 shots but not all of them are worthy of any kind of attention or really stand out. I can upload the entire set to my Flickr account but meh, it’s just a jumbled mess.

So with my new blog, Digital Resolution, I am only uploading shots that I have deemed as being personal favorites or the best of the bunch. Each post will have a short blurb about the photo and each image will be pretty beefy in size. And the good thing is that most of these have never been posted here or on Flickr. Again, personal favorites or one that tell stories.

Go on over and check it out. I will still post here but I’m sort of concentrating on the other for now.

Thanks, and see you soon 🙂

  1. Blogs? You have blogs? As in plural? Gheez, I can hardly keep up with one. I checked out your photo blog. Nice job. Great photos. I’m jealous. 🙂

    1. I do but you wouldn’t know it with the frequency of my posts!

The photo blog was something I had planned on for a long time now. Thanks for visiting and I’m glad you liked it! I will be adding a lot more in the future–I still have a selection of shots I want to post.

And I promise to get back to this blog very soon. Just haven’t had much to say lately…
