Blogging 365, Day 48: This Is Not LEGOLAND

As a blogger I know that sometimes it’s difficult if not impossible to ensure that the right thumbnail is attached to a link that goes to your page. Browsers such as Rockmelt are kind enough to let you decide which thumbnail you want to add to your post.

But when you can’t decide, sometimes bad things happen. Here’s a classic example.

This was a link to a contest that viewers could enter to win a trip to the new LEGOLAND* Hotel but unfortunately, as you can see, a completely unrelated thumbnail was added.

Maybe KTLA should look into Rockmelt…

*LEGOLAND is copyrighted as all caps and must always be written as such for advertising purposes. It doesn’t matter here but hey, it’s a useless fact that you now know.
