30 Day Song Challenge, Day 10: A Song That Makes You Fall Asleep

This is definitely no knock on today’s artist but this song does make me a little relaxed, but in a good way.

I discovered this song when I had XM Radio and would often listen to their XM Chill channel, which specialized in electronica. I never in my life thought I’d listen to that genre but I found myself enjoying it quite a bit and discovered a ton of amazing tunes while listening.

This song, while making me calm, had a better effect on Anthony when he was a tot. We would play it and drive around the neighborhood on those nights when he just refused to go to sleep but had to. Babies need their sleep, ya know.

This one puts me to sleep – literally. I have this on a compilation CD and I have to skip it each time because man, it is so slow. I’d rather gouge my ears out than have to sit through this version because it’s so damn slow.
